Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder Assessment

Initial Consultation	$233.00 – Approximately 1hr	Payable on day of consultation.
Report – Administration and scoring – Report writing and interpretation	$349.50 for 1.5hrs of report writing	Administration, scoring, and report writing takes a minimum of 1.5hrs and is payable on the day of final consultation. Reports are unable to be released until full payment has been received.
Feedback Consultation	$233.00 – Approximately 1hr	Payable on day of consultation.

Autism Spectrum Disorder and Adaptive Behaviors Assessment – up to 12yrs

Assessment Administration An observation session of the child, using the Autism Diagnostic Observation Scale (ADOS-2)	$233.00 – Approximately 1hr	Payable on day of consultation.
Report – Administration and scoring – Report writing and interpretation	$932.00 for 4hrs of report writing	Administration, scoring, and report writing takes a minimum of 4hrs and is payable on the day of final consultation. Reports are unable to be released until full payment has been received.

Autism Spectrum Disorder and Adaptive Behaviors Assessment – 12yrs and over

*Assessments for adolescents and adults require additional standardised assessments to be completed to ensure that the DSM-5 Diagnostic Criteria is met. This results in reports taking longer to prepare.

Cognitive and Adaptive Behaviours Assessment

Educational Assessment / Academic Achievement Testing

Administration of WIAT-III	$466.00 – Two x 1hr appointments	Payable on day of consultation. Please note that there is a minimum of two x 1hr appointments required to administer the WIAT-III.

Please note that if your child has not had a WISC-V or a WPPSI-IV completed within the previous 2 years, and you are seeking an assessment for a Specific Learning Disorder, a WISC-V or WPPSI-IV will need to be completed in addition to a WIAT-III assessment. Individual Psychology Supports

Individual psychology supports are $233.00 per hour.

For clients with NDIS funding, individual psychology reports are $232.99 per hour. These service costs are consistent with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits 2025 – 2026.

The fees outlined are lower than the Australian Psychological Society (APS) National Schedule of Suggested Fees 2024 – 2025. The APS standard is $318.00 for a 46minute – 60minute consultation.

Non-Contact Activities

Non-Contact Activities are necessary at times. These activities may include, but are not limited to, assessment scoring, reviewing other professional’s reports, report writing, letter writing, preparation of and clean-up of therapy sessions, intellectual time to research and develop resources, resource making, writing up of notes, emails, phone calls, client-related clinical research, home/school programs, stakeholder meetings etc.

The cost of these Non-Contact Activities is $233.00 per hour for a Psychologist. Non Face-to-Face activities are charged in increments of 10 minutes.

Non-contact activities are not eligible for Medicare or Private Health Insurer rebates.

Medicare Rebates

Medicare rebates may be available for some clients who have a current Mental Health Care Plan referral from a GP, or a Treatment or Assessment referral from a Paediatrician.

The rebate for appointments with Kylie is approximately $98.95 per eligible appointment, for a maximum of 10 appointments in one calendar year.

The rebate for appointments with Debra is approximately $145.25 per eligible appointment, for a maximum of 10 appointments per calendar year.

Please note that appointments where assessments are conducted, as well as letters/reports are not Medicare eligible items and a Medicare rebate cannot be claimed for these appointments.

Private Health

Some clients may be able to claim a rebate on some appointments through their private health insurer. Eligibility may vary, depending on the insurer, level of cover, annual limits, and waiting periods. It is the client’s responsibility to check with their private health insurer to determine what they may be able to claim. we are unable to complete these claims in our office.

*Please be aware that multiple claims per item are not allowed. You may only use NDIS funding OR Medicare OR Private Health on any one appointment.

Payment Policies

Payment is required on the day of service or within a seven-day period where an NDIS Service Agreement is in place. Payments (including payment of late cancellation or non-attendance/no-show fees) must be received prior to confirmation of any future appointments.

Cancellation Policy

Due the overwhelming demand for services, we reserve the right to cancel further sessions if two consecutive sessions are cancelled or not attended without a reasonable explanation being provided in a timely manner.

If, for some reason, you need to cancel or postpone your appointment, please give our service at least 48 hours notice. If this notice is not given, you may be charged up to 90% of the session fee.

A fee of 90% of the session may be charged for non-attendance and no-show.
