Kylie Crellin

Kylie Crellin is an Educational & Developmental Psychologist, and has been working with children, adolescents and families within the Rockhampton Region for more than 15 years.  She has worked in a variety of settings, including: CQUniversity (Research and Conduct Disorder Program), Autism Queensland, Child Development Services (Early Childhood Assessment), Child and Youth Mental Health Services, and The Rockhampton Grammar School. Kylie is dedicated to providing caring, compassionate care to her clients and their families. With a deep understanding of child development and psychological challenges, Kylie is committed to helping her clients navigate life’s complexities with resilience and confidence. Kylie was awarded a Masters of Psychology (Educational and Developmental) through Monash University, and has achieved endorsement as an Educational & Developmental Psychologist.

Debra Ashman

Debra is a Clinical Psychologist dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based support to children, adolescents, and adults. Debra specialises in working with neurodivergent individuals, and has experience in the assessment and diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder for children, adolescents, and adults.

In therapy, she draws on a range of approaches including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), tailoring each intervention to meet each individual’s unique needs. Whether you’re navigating emotional challenges, behavioural concerns, or seeking clarity through a neurodevelopmental assessment, her goal is to create a safe, respectful space where meaningful change can happen. Debra was awarded a Masters of Psychology (Clinical) through CQUniversity, and has achieved endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist.

Ellie Black

Ellie is our Administration and offers a welcoming first point of contact for families, answering questions and guiding them through the assessment and psychology supports process with care. She is committed to creating an environment where children and their families feel supported and understood. Ellie understands the importance of clarity, patience and compassionate communication in every interaction. Her dedication allows our team to focus on delivering the highest quality care to our clients. Ellie is currently in the process of completing a Bachelor of Psychological Sciences through Swinburne University.
